Requirements

Between 18-60 years of age

Must be a Malaysian citizen or possess Malaysian PR
-
Must have a Diploma or above, or an SPM qualification with passing marks in at least 5 subjects (including Bahasa Malaysia)

Must have passed either the PCE(A+C) and CEILLI or the TBE exam
